ComDesign installed and certified an enhanced Category 6 CommScope voice and data infrastructure cabling solution in the new Charlotte Bobcats Arena. 

The cable plant consisted of 2,090 network connections with a total of 540,000 feet of enhanced Category 6 cable. ComDesign terminated all installed cabling on enhanced Category 6 patch panels. In addition to the 4 pair cabling, ComDesign installed over 20,000 feet single-mode and 18,000 feet multimode fiber between sixteen IDF closets to the MDF. ComDesign also installed a total of 30,000 feet multipair copper feed cabling between each IDF and the MDF.
