- Complete Rollout Coordination - Handled by a single point of contact on the ComDesign project management team, your entire technology rollout will be managed, controlled, and coordinated from beginning to end. This includes:
- Comprehensive logistics support
- Complete planning, scheduling, and tracking of project resources
- Ongoing data collection and oversight of the project process including quality assurance
- Site Surveys - ComDesign can provide complete site surveys to verify physical requirements and identify any unique characteristics of the project. This information is captured and stored in ComDesign's project database where it can be retrieved via a web interface by any technician or project manager involved in the job.
- Cabling Installations - Complete installation of structured cabling "from the desktop to the DMARC", our capabilities include the installation of any structured cabling needed to support our equipment installations.
- Equipment Installations of all types - (PBX, POS devices, WiFi, PC's, printers, etc.) ComDesign is able to install a wide variety of equipment including point of sale systems, voice/data systems, racks/cabinets, wireless devices, paging, and satellite systems. We are also able to perform computer, printer and other peripheral installations.
- Moves/Adds/Changes - Over the course of an installation's life cycle there will always be a need for changes, moves, or break/fix type of work. ComDesign provides a complete solution which is able to handle everything from your cable installation to equipment maintenance. Our service can range from taking care of a single location to handling thousands of locations nationally.
Nationwide cabling and technology deployments are handled through ComDesign's national operations center located in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Through a dedicated project manager who serves as our client's single point of contact, the ComDesign resources located in the national operations center coordinate all aspects of the rollout.
