Citrix, NAP of the Americas
ComDesign designed and implemented a state-of-the-art cabling infrastructure for Citrix Data Center located in the NAP of the Americas in Miami, Florida.
The new infrastructure consisted of Panduit Cat 6 angled, high density patch panels and General Cat 6 high performance cable providing connectivity to their Cisco 10Gig switches for over 2,500 ports.
In addition to the copper, ComDesign installed a fiber backbone for the network, utilizing Panduit LC connectors and General 10Gig fiber cable, with over 1,900 terminations for the application. ComDesign performed all fiber terminations o site in less than 2 weeks time, completing the project ahead of schedule.
